Your home inspection will be performed to the Washington State and ASHI Standards of Practice. Your inspection report will include a complete detailed analysis of the following systems, and more. It is my personal goal to ensure each home buyer feels confident, secure, and educated during the final steps of purchasing a new home.

Coverings, structure, attics, flashing, skylights, vents, chimneys, gutters, insulation, ventilation and other roof penetrations.

interior

Siding, trim, eaves, soffits, fascia, exterior doors and windows, attached decks and porches, railings, attached garages or carports, walkways, grading and drainage.

exterior

Walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and stairs.

roofing

Service entrance, grounding, main panel, sub-panels, branch circuits, outlets, GFCI's, main service disconnect, service amperage, breakers, and fuses.

interior

Basements, crawlspaces, foundations, beams, joists, floors, walls, water penetration, foundation movement, insulation, and ventilation.

exterior

Distribution, drain lines, fixtures, vents, traps, functional flow, functional drainage, main water and fuel shut off valves, and water heating systems.

roofing

Venting, combustion, supply and discharge lines, ductwork, registers, controls, and thermostats.

interior

Inspecting for presence of insects and pests, their damage, and conditions conducive to their development.
